You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Please note: A refund is contingent upon the product being returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of obvious damage not attributable to normal use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered.

Please do not send returns to our business address in the USA, but instead, after contacting us beforehand, to our returns warehouse in Bulgaria. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping provider, package size, and destination country.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
Return instructions
Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging materials. Using the original packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal, but it facilitates safe return shipping.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
- in the case of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,
- in the case of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,
- in the case of goods, if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Defects, incorrect deliveries and transport damage
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible at support@freiklima.de in case of obvious transport damage, incorrect deliveries, or defects. Prompt notification helps us process your request and does not affect your statutory rights.
In the case of incorrect, damaged or defective goods, we will cover the costs of a justified return or replacement delivery.
Cancellation before shipment
Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping provider. Once the order has been shipped, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with this cancellation policy.
