SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping – Free.
  Delivery time: 2–5 working days.
• Premium shipping + priority processing – €4.99
  Delivery time: 1–3 working days

The estimated delivery time begins on the day your order was shipped.

Delivery information

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we may ship them in separate packages. In this case, the delivery time will depend on the specific item being shipped.

Delivery to parcel lockers or post office numbers is unfortunately not possible at this time.

cancellation

Cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the shipping provider. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with our cancellation policy.
