Making a warranty claim:
To make a warranty claim, customers must submit it in writing via email to the following address:
Customers will be informed immediately about the further course of the complaint process upon receipt of their inquiry at support@freiklima.com . See Right of Withdrawal .
Claiming a warranty in the case of a gift:
Regarding gifts where one customer (Customer 1) purchases a product from us and gives it to another customer (Customer 2), a warranty claim is only possible if Customer 2 possesses all relevant purchase information from Customer 1. This information includes the email address, order number, name, shipping address, and billing details. It is important that this information remains unchanged and is used in the same way for the claim.
Documentation requirement:
A warranty claim can only be made if the customer attaches clear photos to their request. In this context, "clear" means that the photos allow for unambiguous identification of the size and color of the product in question, as well as the underlying defect.
Note regarding the warranty commitment:
Consumers have the option, even without making a warranty claim, to exercise their statutory rights as buyers due to defects in the purchased item, including subsequent performance, cancellation of the contract, price reduction, or damages. The relevant limitation periods also apply.
Liability:
This warranty statement does not grant any claims for compensation for consequential damages of any kind or other claims for damages.
Limitation period and limitation period:
Warranty claims must be made immediately, but no later than two weeks after the occurrence of the damage. After this period, the enforcement of warranty rights is excluded. The limitation period for warranty claims is six months after the expiry of the warranty period.
